Crew Alerts

Terms

Last updated October 21, 2026. This is a plain summary for a small paid app. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

The service

Crew Alerts sends short Slack and email notices about selected Jobber events and links back to Jobber. You need a Jobber account you are allowed to connect, and you choose the Slack channel and email recipients. Alerts can be delayed or missed if Jobber, Slack, email, or this app is unavailable. Do not use Crew Alerts as the only record of a job, invoice, or payment.

Price and trial

The subscription is 15 US dollars per month after a 14 day free trial. Checkout and cancellation run through Stripe, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Alerts are sent only while the subscription status is trialing or active, and they pause on an open dispute or early fraud warning.

Your account

You are responsible for the Jobber data you authorize and for the people you add as recipients. Do not connect an account you do not administer. Disconnect removes tokens on our side and tells Jobber to disconnect when we still have a working token.

Acceptable use

Do not probe the app, share access tokens, or send alerts to people who did not agree to receive them. Do not rely on the demo workspace for a live crew.

Limits

The app is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery. To the extent the law allows, liability for a problem with the service is limited to the fees you paid for Crew Alerts in the previous month. Some places do not allow that limit, and in those places it applies only as far as the law allows.
